3 Illegals From Guatemala Arrested, Charged With Kidnapping & Other Crimes

(DailyAnswer.org) – Three illegal immigrants from Guatemala have been charged in Florida over the kidnap and assault of a woman near a park. The victim was reportedly attacked at 1 A.M. on March 11 near John Prince Park at Lake Worth. The victim was kidnapped in her pickup truck and sexually assaulted twice before she managed to escape her attackers.

Andres Felipe Morales, 29, Darinel Ordónez Jimenez, 30, and Marcos Felipe Ramirez, 31, were apprehended for multiple charges, including false imprisonment, sexual battery, conspiracy to commit false imprisonment, and conspiracy to commit sexual battery. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office called on anyone with information to come forward.

According to the arrest affidavit, the woman was walking down Lake Osborne Drive early in the morning when one of the men seized her and forced her inside a vehicle. The report states that the three men then drove off and stopped close to the intersection of Melaleuca Lane and Congress Avenue, where they abused the woman and filmed the incident. They then drove back to Lake Osborne Drive and assaulted the woman again before she managed to escape and attracted the attention of a passerby, who took her to the hospital and reported the incident to the sheriff’s office.

Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw responded to the incident by criticizing President Joe Biden’s immigration policies and handling of the border crisis. In a press conference announcing the charges against the three immigrants, Bradshaw attacked the Biden administration for putting the American public in jeopardy.

Calling the immigration crisis the worst he had seen in his 52 years of law enforcement, the sheriff blasted the Biden administration for failing to secure the southern border and warned that if the federal government does not deal with the immigration crisis urgently, more crimes such as this will occur. Bradshaw referenced the murder of Laken Riley, who was killed by a Venezuelan illegal immigrant, noting a pattern of sexual assaults and murders resulting from the Biden administration’s failure to secure the border. He warned that criminals from gangs who made MS-13 look like schoolchildren were relocating to Miami.
