Hur’s report on Biden concluded that the president is a “sympathetic” and “well-meaning” old man but that his memory is poor. Citizens and commentators across the political spectrum are increasingly concerned about the viability of the President’s campaign, his memory, and his ability to hold unscripted debates. The large amount of editing of the posted speech video suggests that despite the use of a teleprompter, the president is experiencing increasing difficulties with sticking to his speech.
