(DailyAnswer.org) – A Loudon County mother and grandmother was brutally murdered on July 28 and the suspect arrested is in the country illegally.
Jose Aguilar-Martinez, 21, stole a car from a 7-Eleven and in the process he was interrupted by Melody Waldecker, 54, who owned the vehicle. Martinez was able to hijack the vehicle and then used it to hit Waldecker, resulting in her death. He then used the vehicle to escape.
Waldecker was pronounced dead at the scene and Martinez was arrested just 45 minutes later and booked on multiple felony charges, including murder.
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed Martinez is an illegal alien from El Salvador.
Waldecker was employed at an area nursing home where she cared for the elderly. She’s survived by four children and eight grandchildren.
Martinez is being detained at the Loudoun County jail with no potential for bail. ICE has additionally placed a retainer on him to ensure he is not released. There will likely be additional charges filed against him for his mini crime spree.
Waldecker is just the latest American to die at the hands of a criminal in the country illegally thanks to the Biden/Harris administration’s policy of refusing to enforce border law, effectively allowing anyone into the country.

A 12-year-old girl was allegedly murdered by two illegal immigrants in Houston back in June. Jocelyn Nungaray was lured by the men to an area under a bridge where they attacked her, sexually assaulted her, and then murdered her. Both men are illegals from Venezuela.
