Vance Blasts Kamala Over Border Issues, Defends Concerns

(DailyAnswer.org) – Senator JD Vance didn’t hold back when he blasted Vice President Kamala Harris over the ongoing border crisis. Speaking at a campaign event in North Carolina, Vance, who is running for vice president alongside Donald Trump, sharply criticized Harris for her handling of the U.S.-Mexico border situation, which he says has only gotten worse over the past few years.

Vance started by calling out Harris for labeling Americans who are concerned about the border as “racist” or “bad people.” He pushed back, saying, “Our message to Kamala Harris is, HOW DARE YOU call people racist for wanting to close down that wide-open border. Our message is, HOW DARE YOU call your own citizens ‘bad people’ because they don’t want illegal immigration overwhelming their country” .

The senator’s criticism didn’t stop there. Vance directly linked the border crisis to the rise in fentanyl deaths, a deadly drug flowing across the border, and accused Harris of making the situation worse. “HOW DARE YOU attack the citizens of your own country for not wanting their children to die of fentanyl overdoses,” he said. “You’re the bad person for causing this border crisis, not the people who are upset about it.”

Vance also pointed fingers at the broader failures of the Biden-Harris administration, especially when it comes to the economy. He had some choice advice for the vice president: “No more word salad about your middle-class upbringing. Unleash American energy and unleash American workers,” Vance said, suggesting that would be a real way to bring down costs and improve the economy for Americans.

The criticism came after Harris recently appeared on television with Oprah Winfrey, where she answered questions from voters. When one couple asked about her plans to tackle rising costs, Harris reportedly rambled about the difficulty of achieving the American Dream instead of giving a clear answer.

Vance’s message was clear: Americans deserve better leadership, and it’s not wrong to demand a secure border and a stronger economy.
